"Folder is Unavailable"
I have a user who has created a calendar on their local outlook. They are trying to share it to others to collaborate and work through this for events and what not. When another user (who has been given either editor, reviewer, etc permissions) tries to
open the calendar when being sent, they get the following error "Folder is Unavailable" I have tested this with my own test calendar and it locks up outlook but then goes through successfully. Any ideas? thanks.

Hi,
First please check the permission of the shared calendar via Exchange Management Shell, make sure the permission is granted correctly.
I've seen a similar issue that was caused because the OAB on the recipient's Outlook is not updated, please regenerate the OAB and do a full Address Book download in Outlook to check the result. In Outlook 2013: FILE -> Info -> Account Settings -> Download Address Book.
If the issue persists, please also 1. check if the problem persists on OWA; 2. switch to Outlook Online Mode to check the result.

I have downloaded and point the address book to the correct level and it worked right away. I believe it was pointing to a wrong level in the address book which in turn was causing some issues. Thank you for the help.
